Testing, quarantine rules change for travelers to New York, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo says

The governor said out-of-state visitors must get tested for COVID-19 before departure for New York, quarantine for at least three days upon arrival and then obtain a negative test result to get out of quarantine. Residents of New York border states are exempt.
